This network warmly welcomes everyone who is interested in learning new ways of working better together, testing and supporting change and exploring the answers to those questions which matter most across our health and social care systems. Anyone with a passion for improving patient care can join and membership of the Co-Creation Network is free.
The Co-Creation Network is an ever-expanding constellation of Communities of Practice, made up of dedicated health and social care professionals, academics and service users connecting with like-minded individuals to share their knowledge in a safe, open and supportive way. Some Communities cover really broad topics (known as ‘domains’), and some Communities have a very specific function to answer a particular burning question.
Communities of Practice (CoP) are not a new idea and spring up in all kinds of places, not just in healthcare. CoPs are a great way to bring together people from different organisations and walks of life, with different skills and perspectives to approach issues together and allow thinking space.
This website is the virtual space for the Co-Creation Network to use to have conversations, share learning and knowledge, save a library of useful, relevant documents and generally keep in touch with the other members. It is managed by the Co-Creation Network Support Team.
You can explore the site for Communities of Practice already up and running, and request to join the one which matches your interests. Or, if you have an idea for a Community of Practice and would like to set one up then please get in touch with the Support Team via .
