To get the most out of the course and achieve module completion certificates, participants are encouraged to:

  • Complete each module in turn
  • Participate in coaching circle activities, the two live sessions and the LeNs community
  • Implement at least two of the three diagnostic tools (core questionnaire and member survey) – whether with your whole membership or with a smaller sub-group; and to develop plans to complete the third diagnostic (maturity matrix). For more details on the diagnostic tools click here
  • Keep a simple reflective journal about what you are learning and how you plan to apply it.

However, recognising people’s busy schedules and different needs, the programme has been designed with flexibility in mind. Each module and activity will provide a stand-alone, powerful learning experience.
